“I’m an MD candidate starting medical studies at the Università degli Studi di Torino through the Semestre Filtro, a competitive pre-medical programme. I’m also sitting the IMAT for potential entry into the international medical programme.
In July 2024, I graduated with First-Class Honours in BSc Forensic Science from the University of Greenwich, where I was awarded Best Overall Forensic Science Student by the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences. My thesis focused on histological analysis of post-mortem interval using pig specimens under varying temperatures.
I’ve been trained to handle forensic evidence under ISO 17025 and 17020 standards, and have a strong foundation in life sciences and chemistry. Professionally, I worked as a bank mortuary assistant at the East London Forensic Centre and helped establish a student training partnership between the Centre and my university.
I also volunteered as a Cold Case Investigator with Locate International and participated in the International Cold Case Analysis Project (ICCAP) with AMBER Alert Europe. I’ve completed a microbiology and molecular biology internship and held leadership roles, including Events Organiser and Student Representative.”
