I’m a scientist turned strategist turned entrepreneur, with a PhD in Genomics, an MBA in Finance, and 15+ years of experience moving between academia, pharma, biotech, health tech, and startups across multiple countries.
My last corporate chapter was as Strategy and Innovation Manager in AI and Analytics at Novo Nordisk, before a layoff became the unlikely catalyst for my next reinvention. Today I work as an independent consultant, trainer, and keynote speaker helping organizations and individuals bridge the gap between scientific breakthroughs and the humans they’re supposed to serve.
My talks draw on a career built at the intersection of hard science and human communication: why brilliant research fails to reach patients, what it costs women in STEM to wait for permission to lead, and what it actually looks like to rebuild a career deliberately, non-linearly, and without a plan B.
I speak five languages, I’m halfway through a yoga teacher training, and I give talks the way I think: directly, with evidence, and occasionally with jokes.
