Dr. Vanessa Julia Carpenter is a designer, researcher, author and women’s health innovation specialist working at the intersection of design, technology and healthcare. She holds a PhD in designing meaningful future smart products and has extensive experience in femtech, hardware innovation, participatory design, research, entrepreneurship and ecosystem development. She is the co-founder and a board member of Nordic Women’s Health Hub, founder of Kintsugi Design and co-founder of Femtech News Europe and Femtech Studios. Her current work focuses on advancing women’s health innovation, supporting femtech founders and developing more inclusive, evidence-based health technologies.
