Megan Hunter is a leader in the intersection of workplace well-being, and innovation through research and behavioural sciences. As executive consultant for Psychological Health & Safety, she advances evidence-based strategies to enhance mental health, equity, and safety in technical and industrial environments.
With a background in Public Health, Health Promotion, Megan designs and implements data-driven initiatives that integrate human factors into STEM-focused industries, ensuring safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplaces. She has collaborated across engineering, technology, and operations teams to embed psychological safety into systems, leadership practices, and cultural transformation efforts.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Megan founded Hunter Health Promotion & Creative and co-created SNUG, a parenting-travel app leveraging technology to foster connection and accessibility for families. She is passionate about the role of STEM in creating sustainable, human-centered futures—particularly for women and girls through the lenses of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
