“I hold a degree in Psychology and in Physiotherapy, and before completing my studies, I began specializing in pelvic floor dysfunctions.

After graduation, I started working as a freelancer specialized in pelvic floor dysfunctions in Madrid for 7 years.

For nearly two years, I have been the director of my own clinic placed in Soria, where we focus on treating pelvic floor dysfunctions, chronic pain, and promoting active rehabilitation through Pilates and pain education.

Additionally, I have experience as a university lecturer, teaching subjects related to my specialty.

I also collaborate by delivering courses for the Junta de Castilla y León and the College of Physiotherapy of Castilla y León. Moreover, I am in the process of becoming a member of the Spanish Pain Society.

Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in pelvic floor physiotherapy, researching the impact of sports on nulliparous women. My goal is becoming a research and lecturer on my field and networking to help srpead scientific knowledge.
