I am a senior ESG leader with a STEM‑oriented background in environmental science, energy systems, and integrated management standards. As Head of ESG at ENGIE España, I lead the technical integration of sustainability across the business—covering environmental performance, energy efficiency, quality systems, sustainable procurement, and governance frameworks such as process mapping, KPI design, risk matrices, and carbon‑footprint analytics.

My work is rooted in energy‑sector operations, built on earlier roles in energy management for gas and electricity markets, operational logistics, and green‑energy certification. Beyond the technical dimension, I actively bridge STEM disciplines with social impact: I serve on the ENGIE‑Nebrija Chair “Energy and Just Transition”, fostering academic‑industry collaboration to advance research, education, and public awareness around fair and inclusive transition models.

I also lead the ENGIE Observatory “Citizens, Climate Change and Energy Transition”—launched in 2021—to generate high‑quality data and citizen insights that inform evidence‑based policymaking and broaden climate literacy.
