For over 17 years, I have been an entrepreneur, building startups in technology, healthy food, talent acquisition, and social impact. In addition to running my businesses, I work as a Senior Career Consultant, Coach, and Mentor, helping startups and entrepreneurs grow. My expertise includes recruitment, leadership development, and career transition services for both B2B and B2C markets.

I have also spent more than a decade teaching at business schools and leading career programs for low-income university students. Beyond my corporate and academic career, I pursued a passion for music, balancing my work with a 20-year career as a pop-rock singer.

I am deeply committed to women’s leadership, sustainability, and innovation. At TalentX Digital, I have developed Diversity, Inclusion, and Professional Training programs, facilitating over 5,000 job placements across Latin America in the past three years.
