I am a Computer Engineer with a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences, specializing in Information Technologies from Vinnytsia National Technical University (Ukraine). I am a professor of Statistics and Project Formulation and Evaluation, and I currently lead the TECED Research Group (Technology, Science, and Education), where I promote interdisciplinary research integrating technology, science, and innovative educational practices.

I developed a project for the creation of a STEM Laboratory at the Universidad Estatal Península de Santa Elena (UPSE) aimed at reducing the technological gap and strengthening STEM education through innovation, research, and hands-on learning opportunities for students and the academic community.

My professional work focuses on advancing digital transformation, fostering collaborative research, and expanding inclusive access to STEM education and technological development.
