“I am currently leading and participating in several STEM initiatives. I am the founder of Warmi2Warmi Talent & Innovation, a foundation that promotes the participation of girls and women in science and technology through mentoring, innovation programs, and community-based STEM education in Ecuador.
I also work as a university professor and researcher at ESPOCH, where I supervise engineering thesis projects in areas such as telematics, microelectronics, and radar systems. My projects combine scientific research with social impact, focusing on inclusive innovation and gender equity in STEM fields.”
