Yes, In addition to my recent involvement in the development of public policies such as Accelerating Women Entrepreneurs, Transforma Mulher, and Movimenta Indústria Mulher, I am currently structuring a university extension project to address topics such as Diversity, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Agility, and Innovation, with the goal of developing skills related to these themes among female undergraduate students in Computer Science.

ABOUT ME

PhD in Software Engineering and Master in Design from Cesar School, with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Alagoas and in Information Systems from the Federal Institute of Alagoas. She began her professional career in 2009 as a Systems Engineer at Policentro in Recife-PE, and in 2010, she took on the role of IT Analyst at the Federal University of Alagoas, where she was part of the systems development team. In 2011, she joined the Federal University of Pernambuco, taking on the roles of Software Configuration Manager and Quality Manager in the university’s IT Superintendency.

In 2017, she led the establishment of an Innovation Laboratory at UFPE, and in 2020, she was invited to lead and manage the Startup Incubator at UFPE’s Science and Technology Park. Due to her contributions to the innovation ecosystem and the results achieved, she was invited in 2023 to assume the position of General Manager of Technological Acceleration at the State Secretariat of Science, Technology, and Innovation of Pernambuco. Among the public policies she spearheaded are the “Accelerating Women Entrepreneurs” call for proposals, which aimed to support women-led startups, “Transforma Mulher,” which sought to stimulate the digital transformation of women-led businesses, and the Tecnova 3 program, which aimed to accelerate and internationalize startups from Pernambuco.
