The Danone Hackathon open registrations to Foster Gender-Inclusive Tech Innovation!
Global STEM Women has officially launched the call for participants for its upcoming international hackathon, an initiative aimed at university students and recent graduates who want to develop innovative technological solutions that advance gender equality within the science and technology fields.
The competition will bring together 30 participants, forming five teams of six people. Each team will be required to maintain balanced gender representation — a key component of the program designed to promote collaborative diversity and ensure more impactful project outcomes.
Throughout the hackathon, teams will work on designing tech-based proposals that address real-world challenges related to equality, education, and access to STEM careers. A panel of industry experts will evaluate the proposals, taking into account innovation, feasibility, and potential social impact.
The initiative is open to final-year university students, recent graduates, and young professionals with an interest in technology, innovation, and diversity. Applications are now available through the official Global STEM Women website.
