What is being done to motivate female talent in the STEM field in the world?

Access Brazil

Access was founded in 2015 by Andrea Conrado, a humanitarian inspired by the struggles of the favelas in São Paulo, marked by drug trafficking and crime. Motivated to transform realities, Andrea collaborated with NGOs and former criminals to develop social impact programs, such as a conflict resolution project for children. Her work resulted in the creation of safe zones and culminated in the opening of the first Access support center in São Paulo in 2017. Registered in the U.S. as a non-profit philanthropic organization, Andrea combines operations in Brazil with visits to Washington, D.C., for fundraising and promoting the cause.
