Rete CapoD is a community of companies in the Bologna area whose purpose is to create a unified system among businesses, in close collaboration with local public institutions, to foster the training and growth of workers. In doing so, it generates new career development opportunities within a framework of equal opportunities, even in traditionally more complex sectors.

The community of companies that are part of CapoD pursues the strategic goals of promoting equal opportunities, combating discrimination, and supporting the implementation of corporate policies aimed at achieving a healthy work–life balance. It does so through a concrete action plan developed in synergy with local public institutions and in collaboration with companies.
