Women in Energy aims to close the gender gap in the energy sector by:
- Reach and connect women working in the energy industry and related activities in Portugal;
- To promote discussion and sharing of experiences between generations and different backgrounds;
- Empower women in the sector;
- Foster the self-confidence of the younger generations;
- Promoting equity at the leadership level
