The project “Tecnologia Transvestigênere – Mapeando corpas trans na Paraíba” aims to map the trans population in the state of Paraíba and collect information on their living conditions, access to healthcare, education, income, and safety.

With this data, we aim to strengthen the fight for rights, inform future public policies, and highlight the real needs of our community.

This research is part of an Introduction to Data Science course at UFPB and will be expanded as a pilot project with partner organizations/collectives.

All trans people: trans women, transvestites, transmasculine people, trans men, non-binary people, and other non-conforming gender identities are welcome to participate in the research.
