The GéniElles program offers a host of initiatives that will help you discover the many possibilities available to you by choosing to go for science. Determined to contribute to Engineers Canada’s 30 by 30 initiative, which aims to have at least 30% women among new practicing engineers by 2030, Polytechnique Montréal and Rio Tinto are joining forces to deploy GéniElles, a project to raise awareness and awaken girls to science and engineering.
